PROCESSING TIME:

Processing time varies from order amount and season. In high season it could be longer. Please see info about timings in each listing.
Standard processing time is  3-5 business days.

Baltic states: 2-5 business days

European Union: 3-15 business days

Europe (non EU): 5-15 business days

North America: 10-25 business days

Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 15-30 business days

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them as I don't have control under postal services. Actual delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT RATES:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
 

OTHER DELIVERY INFORMATION:

    •    For packages that are not cashed at your post office within 14 days (in some countries up to month), Craffox reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and freight companies' administrative costs.

    •    Small parcels are marked as priority A class parcels with tracking number (Latvian Post). For bulk and wholesale orders we use well known courrier services (DPD, UPS, FedEx, etc.). 

RETURN POLICY:

    •    Contact Craffox before returning any items.
    •    You can return the product within 14 days of delivery.
    •    The product must be in new condition.

    •    The customer covers return shipping cost.
    •    To avoid any Customs charges please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS'.
    •    Want to switch to another color of the same product? You can do that, just contact us.

    •    If a package is unclaimed you might have to pay a handling fee.

    Returns of ordered and delivered orders are handled on case by case basis following simple procedures. We ask you to review our Returns policy to make sure you are aware of the options you have for product return and receive information and conditions of cancellation of the contract.

    It is appropriate that the consumer controls the delivery to verify that this is accurate and error free. At the complaint, the customer contacts Craffox and gives information relevant and the reason for complaint. You can return the product within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in new condition. If the product is ruined or used the product shall not be refunded. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number. Craffox suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. The customer covers return shipping cost.
    Craffox will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The money transfer back is possible when we receive returned goods and check condition of goods. The easiest way is to e-mail it to us along with a brief description of your case. 

If a returned item is shipped international, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any Customs charges.     Craffox is NOT responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. 

In case if you want to switch to another color of the same product e-mail us, provide your customer information, and tell us you will send back the product and the colour you wish to receive in exchange.

    If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us. 

RETURN OF DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS:

Contact Craffox before returning any items. Please provide us with order information and take a picture of goods. Try to leave them in original condition.
