  • At what age we can start to use kitchen tower?
    The child is protected from accidental falling when standing in the little tower, surrounded by rails. Older toddlers who are stable on their feet and are already climbing everywhere will be able to climb on and off the tower with ease. But we recommend to start use tower from the moment when toddler can walk and climb without assistance and falling back.
  • Is it easy to assemble your products?
    In most of cases assembly is quite easy and you can even do it together with your little one, but be afraid of small parts like screws! We provide our products with assembly instruction.
  • What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?
    Usually your order should reach you within 1-10 business days after dispatching your order. In high season both processing time and shipping time can tak a little bit more. If order is processed trough customs then it could take additional time. If you still haven't received your order after 14 business days, please contact our customer service for assistance by email
  • Is it possible to change the delivery address after the order has been dispatched?
    Any changes in the delivery address are for additional cost. However you can change the address by informing the courier. If address changing includes change of region and/or city then additional shipping cost may be applied.
  • How can I track the delivery of my order?
    You will got shipping notifications from us and usually from carrier as well. Simply check received tracking number on carriers website.
  • How long it takes to dispatch my order after received payment?
    Processing time may vary depends from product and season. Additional information is available in each product description.
  • What payment methods do you accept

  • What to do if my payment is not accepted?
    If a payment has been declined due to unknown reason, CRAFFOX suggests trying another payment method, however, if such is unavailable, please contact us. CRAFFOX reminds that a payment may be declined in case you have entered incorrect payment information or there are not enough funds on the chosen account to make the payment.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    An order is able to be canceled up until shortly before it ships. Cancellation is possible up to 24 hours except weekend days which is not counted in.
  • I have changed my mind and would like to return the product for a refund
    Returns are possible for up to 14 days after you've received your order. Please see our return policy and return address here.
