This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms").
Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
For each order shipping fees are calculated individually and may vary by country and regions and order amount as well.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Once your order is packaged we will update tracking information and you will receive shipping notification from us and also from carrier (can change depends from carrier policy).
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to most countries. Prices are calculated at checkout.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
Orders only dispatched on business days which are Monday - Friday
Shipments to AFO/FPO adresses require additional processing time after delivery to the military post office.
Orders to AFO/FPO adresses may require manual order processing as shipping fees and times may vary.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF ORDER IS DAMAGED or LOST?
Damaged product during shipping time may be with visible damaging signs. Then it is better to refuse delivery with reason - damaged product and/or packaging. If damages reveal in time of unboxing then it is important to send us photo evidences with impacted parts and outer packaging as well. If order is lost then we should receive confirmation from carrier. Such as cases mostly takes few days to get conclusion what happened and to send replacing parts or product or refund.
